The Circular City Centre - C3 is a competence and resource centre led by the European Investment Bank and co-funded by the European Commission as part of the Circular Cities and Regions Initiative (CCRI).   It offers a Circular City Advisory (CCA) programme and a Circular Project Advisory (CPA) programme to support cities at various stages of their transition to circular economy. These services are provided free of charge to cities and are delivered with the external support of Circle Economy, Arup, ICLEI and ECORYS.  The C3 team can be contacted at C3ateib [dot] org (C3[at]eib[dot]org).
