The European Local Energy Assistance (ELENA) offers technical support to help cities and regions invest in energy-efficient buildings and innovative urban transport solutions using renewable energy. To be eligible for support, the investment must be at least EUR 30 million. The grant can cover up to 90% of eligible preparation costs. While there are no strict limits on grant requests, the support must be in line with the scale of investment.
