Call for applications is open from 21 September to 30 November, 23:00 Brussels time.

The aim of the advisory tool is to help, after a call, a selected number of organizations to build the capacity they need and turn ideas into successful projects, using both EU and non-EU funding programmes, financial instruments and other support tools.
Public and private organisations based in the outermost regions —including regional and local authorities, businesses and, in particular, SMEs— are eligible to apply for free for tailored advisory support. The Commission will select the most promising projects in the Outermost Regions for which local experts will provide the necessary advisory support.
